Исключительный сервис приветливого персонала сопровождает тебя на протяжении всего дня, позволяя почувствовать себя свободно и расслабленно, на берегу океана или бассейна, а вечером в самом элегантном наряде на ужине. Высокое качество гастрономии удовлетворит даже самых взыскательных гурманов, а вечером каждый гость окунется в атмосферу изысканности и заботы, созданную этим великолепным отелем. I have stayed at quite a number of luxury resorts in Asia that offers dedicated butler service, and I can say that Cheval Blanc ranks the overall best when both hard product and soft product are considered. I would like to give my compliment to the staff at the resort: - Fary (airport ambassador): she helped handle everything for me on arrival at Male international airport and the seaplane terminal. She was polite and handled everything professionally and put me at ease throughout the process. Because of her, this was my most positive airport lounge experience that I have ever had. - Gasim (butler / majordome): He was always ready to assist me whenever possible. He was thoughtful, and proactive. He anticipated my needs throughout the stay to ensure it was perfect - Mode (the F&B manager) who was friendly and helpful A few minor issues during the stay: - After 10:30 am the White restaurant was relatively busy and the staff were busy too, so sometimes the food would take longer to arrive. On 17 Nov, at breakfast I ordered the makimono roll with avocado, but instead a dish of makimono roll with raw fish arrived wrongly. As the food took a while to come and I was in a hurry to leave and check-out, I did not ask the staff to change the dish and just left. Actually I have stated that I do not eat completely raw fish in the guest questionnaire before my arrival, so if the staff really remembered my preferences, they should be able to know that a dish of makimono roll would not be what I ordered. But this was very minor in the grand scheme of things - The snorkelling equipment was complimentary for guests to borrow to use , but the one with a full mask (instead of just a mouthpiece ) was not. Given the price point of the room rate your team is charging, it would be better if the one with a mask is also complimentary - A few months before arrival, I emailed the reservation team and asked for some special arrangements on the butler service. They responded that the request can be arranged as long as I have them advance notice before my arrival. So two weeks before my arrival , I e-mailed them again to tell them to arrange this. But they blamed me for not giving them advance notice and said I should inform them one month before arrival. However during the initial email conversations, they never told me I should email them at least one month before my arrival. So I felt like they blamed me for something that they should not blame me (as they never told me this in the first place!) - Email by the reservations team took a while to respond , usually. Overall, despite some minor hiccups, I agree that the entire guest experience is really well-designed, and it is evident that a lot of thoughts have been put into the service flow. After staying here, I moved to Velaa private island (often regarded as the 2nd best luxury resort in the Maldives), and cannot help but notice the significant drop in quality (both hard and soft products) compared to Ch

Wellness solo retreat to celebrate another year around the sun. Private accommodations w/lap pool looking out to the sea exploding with colors of emerald, azul, calming Morocco blues and the occasional fleeting rainbow. Service as are grounds are impeccable and maintained by 325 employees for a maximum of 100 guest property wide. I was one of 7 do to a weather drama, very serene and quiet. The highlight for me was my personal Valet and the Spa-no ordinary Spa. Whisked away by boat across the island to an oasis of beauty and bliss. All my services were luxurious by expert therapist (Tran, Amelia, Sara, Sadhana and Nai). Kaoutherchevalblanc was my constant 24/7 island assistant who is bright, engaging, super friendly and anticipated my needs and wants on every level. Astounding property and service. My only concern, stating they are a green “area” is they have jet skis-not many but even the 4 were completely surprising in such a tranquil environment. For me it was a negative. Definitely a first class operation-

it is not Worlds best hotel because its out of this World it meanwhile becoming my 2nd home. nothing to blame at all and this hotel should be a place many socalled 5star hotels could learn a lot about Service kindliness and hospitality. wanted to find something to critizise but realy nothing i found hope to be able to take a rocket next year to go back to this 2nd home out of World again

Отдыхали в отеле Chovel Blanc семьей с 8-19.02 отель превзошел наши ожидания. Небольшое количество вилл гарантирует приватность и умиротворение. Виллы комфортные, завтрак можно заказать в течении дня в любое время, это очень удобно. Детский клуб выше всяких похвал!!!! Не видели своего сына потому что он всегда рвался в детский клуб. Там несколько зон, для маленьких детей и для подростков, развлечения на любой вкус. Прекрасные воспитатели, которые любят детей и умеют заинтересовать игрой. Нам с мужем особенно понравилось что спа расположен на соседнем острове, это 2 минуты на катере от основного острова. Там есть ресторан здорового питания и своя замечательная , уединенная бухта для плавания. Так же там находится местный риф. Когда ты отправляешься на снорклинг, работник отеля на гидроцикле находится неподалеку для безопасности, это было приятно и комфортно. Все рестораны острова получили от нас высший балл. Японский, Тапаньяки, Итальянский, Французский, основной ресторан Wait в котором представлено обширное меню блюд со всего мира. Все это разнообразие наивысшего качества и превосходного вкуса!!!!! Наш Батлер Севара была всегда рядом и делала наш отдых беззаботным 🙏 Всегда корректно и по делу. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда через год. В любых отелях на Мальдивах есть свои плюсы и минусы. Но в этом отеле за весь период нашего пребывания мы не смогли найти ни одного минуса из-за которого не хотелось бы вернуться обратно. Управляющие отелем идеально выполняют свою работу, всегда на связи с отдыхающими ,всегда вовлечены в процесс. Отсюда и результат- курорт под названием Chavel Blanc идеальное место для отдыха на Мальдивах. Проверили Андрей, Мария и Григорий))

The Staff are very attentive and should you get take the time to get to know them they are genuinely kind or atleast i had that feeling the whole trip. From kind gestures to intrigue about self i felt you well taken care of. The island is beautiful and so serene , the humidity takes a little getting used to but its awesome afterwards and my skin felt blessed coming from a hot dry place to one that was more humid. There are so many activities to do i was literally spoiled for choice where that was concerned and the food was not lacking either. I recommend this experience for everyone should you be able to afford it and if not this is a reason to save.

Только что закончился наш чудесный недельный отдых в этом прекрасном месте. Сразу скажу, кому очень важен «домашний риф»и снорклинг-вам не сюда!!! К сожалению, ни кораллов, ни разнообразия рыбок на снорклинге вы тут не увидите. Зато всё остальное выше всяких похвал! Виллы огромные! С высоченными потолками, невероятными дизайнерскими перегородками внутри комнаты, напоминающими паруса. Управление светом и жалюзи с айпада. Белоснежные полотенца из нежнейшего хлопка, отлично впитывают (что не всегда бывает). Очень понравились подушки. Для меня важно, чтобы подушка была невысокой и очень мягкой. Каждому выдают по два халата: один потеплее, махровый, другой-более лёгкий. Также каждому гостю предоставляется пляжная сумка и пляжные шлёпанцы. Убирались безупречно! Только в наше отсутствие! За неделю ни разу не пересеклись с уборщиком, он пришёл только проводить нас в последнее утро. Ежедневно в номер приносят какие-то сладости. Наш батлер Gasim, узнав, что я люблю бананы, приносил их мне каждое утро аж в 7 утра, пока мы спали. Когда у мужа был день Рождения Gasim постарался и украсил наш номер. Причем утром это был вариант с шариками , а вечером добавилась красивая подсветка. В каждой вилле мини-кухня с холодильником большим, в который постоянно подкладывают что-то сладенькое, вода с газом и без. Вход на кухню для персонала отдельный, поэтому вы и не услышите, что кто-то зашёл и что-то вам принёс. Невероятные разнообразнейшие завтраки: от сашими из тунца и дим самов до сырников и каш, огромный выбор фруктов, свежих соков и смузи. Каждое утро французский шеф-кондитер выносит на каждый столик дополнительно какую-нибудь невероятную выпечку! С выпечкой тут просто «засада»-она безумно вкусная! Как в Париже! Если не лучше. На обед в главном ресторане меню поражает своей толщиной-есть абсолютно все! Любой каприз, как говорится, будет исполнен. Ну, а ужины-отдельная песня! Ресторан высокой французской кухни, Le 1947, безупречен! Японский тепаньяки изумителен! Хоть готовит и не японец, всё доведено до совершенства! В итальянском ресторане брала спагетти вонголе и ощутила себя на юге Италии, а домашний сорбет был «вишенкой на торте». Даже фисташковое мороженое делается тут, на месте! Очень удивил вечер мальдивской и индийской кухонь: в сет-меню все было приготовлено так, что вы почувствуете вкус Индии, но с французским шиком! Кстати, деталь: тут нет в ресторанах буфета. Или сет-меню, или а-ля карт. То есть, не надо стоять с тарелкой, как в столовой, и ждать своей очереди. В общем, смело могу сказать, что так вкусно нас нигде не кормили, а мы до этого были в One and Only, Four seasons, Soneva Fushi, Velaa, Anantara. Кстати, не бойтесь поправиться-в отеле шикарнейший спорт зал! Даже боди-импеданс можно сделать. И еще невероятнейшее разнообразие водных видов спорта-от симулятора волны для сёрфа до flying water board. Дайв центр отличный!
