I enjoy my stays at the Extended Stay Budd Lake NJ. It's a comfortable place, clean and professional hard working team. The location is perfect for going shopping our getting takeout. I love their morning breakfast, they have delicious coffee and muffins. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness.

The experience was terrible for me. We booked the hotel online and when we reached there, the man on the front desk was not at all trained. He was not knowing what was he doing. We told him that we booked the hotel online and he said the room I booked was not available which is ok. We told him to give us any room which is available as it was too late and we were really tired. He asked us for our ID and he didn't even know where to find address on the ID. Most terrible part was even though I already paid only for the room online, he again charged us $100 saying that you can ask refund from ******* which was extra work for me. He took almost an hour for giving us a room. Other than that there was no hot water in the washroom. It was the worst experience for me.

Hallways were dirty due to construction. Our room floor had sticky spots & a clump of hair left behind.

I have made repeated trips to the Budd Lake area over approximately 1 year. On each visit I have always returned to this hotel. Victoria, Violetta and Cheryl never fail to prove my choice a wise one. The staff are the key to the welcoming feeling and seamless operation that make for a pleasant stay. Cherish, Chloe and Nana have housekeeping well in hand. A recent addition of Fabian, as maintenance man, is evident in the upgrades and changes to the building and grounds. Noticeable and substantial improvements are evident. Tom and Peter round out the desk staff quite capably. All seem well chosen, and make for a good team approach. I vote a strong recomend.
