Room spacious and quite comfortable although we had to ask for blankets not provided, no kettle. Information about the hotel and its facilities should be made available to guests in the room. I had to call reception but no number displayed. Big disappointment for access to the SPA which became chargeable (in previous years the SPA was included) and this information does not appear on the hotel website. And unfortunately, I chose this hotel to enjoy a moment of well-being with friends. Newcomer registration takes too long! We waited 30 minutes (2 couples in front of us) to go to reception. Despite the cleanliness of the establishment and the welcoming staff, we will not return to this establishment which needs to improve certain negative points (no toilets in the restaurant, you have to go down to the basement...)

The structure is located in the hinterland of Loano, a 5-minute drive from the beach, it is excellent and complete with all the necessary comforts, the room is clean and spacious with a view of the sea in the distance... the kind hotel staff was kind and helpful.
The breakfast is full of choice, for all tastes.

Ottimo ambiente, animazione e staff simpatici e organizzati. Tornati dopo qualche anno col campo da tennis mutato in padel. La struttura è sempre ben tenuta. Tutto promosso! Stanza pulitissima e tanta cortesia prima, durante e dopo. Colazione abbondante. Prezzo competitivo da mantenere, mi raccomando. Bravi e grazie!
