The hotel staff is terrible, not only did they not have a room ready for us, we came in and someone else was sleeping there, then we went to another room and there were cockroaches running around, it was very late and we had to stay the next morning and wanted to change the hotel because paying $1,300 and sleeping with cockroaches is completely outrageous, we stayed for 2 days and only stayed for 1, then we told them that we would move to another hotel and they said okay and that they would give us our money back, but in the end they wrote that they would not give us our money back for another night! I don’t know what else to add 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

Wonderful staff, who were always courteous and helpful, particularly the concierge team. Breakfasts were superb, the hotel was conveniently located but there was a shuttle bus into the town, if you needed it. Swimming pool was large and warm.

Ho avuto la fortuna di fare una sosta in questo meraviglioso hotel e devo dire che le mie aspettative sono state appagate pienamente. La camera, la vista, il ristorante e la spa sono tra le più belle che ho frequentato e mi porterò per sempre il ricordo nel cuore. Molto carine e professionali le ragazze della reception e della spa ed il sommelier del ristorante molto preparato. Vi ringrazio per il magnifico soggiorno!!!

Mooi hotel op een mooie locatie net buiten centrum van Rapallo. Goede hotel shuttle voor transport naar centrum. Prima ontbijt. Neem kamer met zeezicht. Uiterst vriendelijke en attente conciërge service voor hele goed tips en service. Goede uitval basis voor bezoek naar Portofino en Cinque Terre. Overall heel tevreden over vriendelijke service.

Wat een veel te duur hotel! De prijs per nacht staat niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit van de kamer, met nog altijd een douche in bad. De prijzen van drankjes en eten zijn ook heel veel te hoog, met daarbij ook nog een opgedrongen fooi bij alles wat je bestelt. Geen aanrader dus. Veel pretenties die niet worden waargemaakt. Voor deze prijzen valt iets veel beters te krijgen.

Prachtig oud gebouw dat volledig gerenoveerd werd. Ligt op 15min wandelen van het centrum via een.pad langs de kust. Hotel biedt ook navette service aan.op reservatie. Immens zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Bar en pizza resto aan de pool. Stevie prijs voor de drankjes. Wij hadden luxekamer met frontal zeezicht..geweldig bed en alle comfort met turn down service. Groot ontbijtbuffet. Trattoria restaurant kan beter qua service en gerechten. S avonds is de bar weinig geanimeerd. Beach ligt op 15min de navette

La struttura è bella e la camere sono pulite. Il personale a parte pochisssimi, non è all'altezza di un 5 stelle, ed in alcuni casi nemmeno di un 3 stelle. C'è un margine di miglioramento intorno al 70%. Ora come ora non lo consiglierei, ma se tutti fossero ottimi come Jacopo, sarebbe il migliore hotel a Rapallo.
