There were no instructions on how to use the heater. The man from the front desk came to help, and it took him about 5 minutes to figure it out.

Didn't get a handicap room. Was put on, the second floor? The bathroom, toilet was a small one. Set down, & it was hard getting back up. Ran out of bathroom tissue? Called, the front desk. They told us, they didn't have any at all. In there building? It wasn't a great stay.

Close to highway making it easy to get anywhere and get back. Stores and food close Enough to walk to. Breakfast ok. Was bag breakfast. Staff was helpful in all interactions and the room was clean and TV worked

The front desk clerk DANI was the most helpful hotel clerk in the world! I had traveled nearly clear across the country and not only was it very cold, but I was tired AND my bank card has been hacked so I had issues with payment. She worked with me on every level to get my room secure and had a wonderful, helpful attitude to boot. I really appreciated her. When I got to my room I discovered the toilet handle had broken and she immediately moved me to another room. This is an older economy hotel so of course there are going to be things that might need maintenance or something not perfect, but her competence, patience and kindness outshined even those at perhaps higher end. I appreciate her!

All the staff were really courteous and nice. Especially a girl named Dani. He was really friendly and offered me choices and restaurants and stuff to do in town very nice people. They made the hotel feel like home. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to town.

Never made it in the room because I was asked for a $150 deposit. I understand that the money would be returned to me if there were no damages, but not everyone can afford to just give up $150 like that. Nobody goes into a Super 8 expecting a luxury hotel so there is no reason why I should be expected to pay like it is one. Chrissy at the front desk was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude with me and the people in front of me in line.
