Old, tired convention center hotel.- former Embassy? BUT, very good Lobby bar with a great martini & good menu! Large pool, friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are big enough but bathroom very small. Lots of mildew and stained tile and upholstery...lumpy bedding. Very small elevators for a very large facility that was sold old for a concert nextdoor.

We've stayed here many times because they have a sauna that (although it is old and could use a facelift) gets hot, enabling much nice relaxation! The pool area is nice, and our suite on the top floor was beautiful! The location is close to a nice bike trail and park.

Nicely located, not exactly downtown but excellent free parking, next door to monunent- any event ther you can just walk. Dining and bar food tasty and you feel like a family very well taken care off. Hot tub, sauna and swimming poot to entertain kids and havve relaxation fir yourself. Snack store 24x7 with good variety for you, kids and pets. Love it!

Convenience when event you are attending is located next to hotel. Parking was a nigh**are especially first night and shower was eithed cold or very hot.

This is a pretty nice and next door to civic center. The room we stayed in was good size with plenty of counter space in bathroom. All though we slept ok the beds could be up graded. The worse thing was the shower head was on the hard spray and when you tried to adjust water went everywhere. The toilet trickled which was a little bothersome. all night ( room 319 ). The front desk was great and the and the lobby is real nice and the glass elevators are a plus. Over all a good place to stay

Our flight home was cancelled, so we were directed to stay here, all we wanted to do was get home. Though by the end of our delayed departure, we were pleasantly satisfied with our impromptu evening at the holiday inn. Clean, very well taken care of, and the staff all around was wonderful. Specifically to note, Kat ( or Katherine) is an absolute gem behind the bar! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel like VIPs with her warm smile and genuine hospitality. Not only does she mix a mean cocktail, but goes above and beyond to ensure every patron feels welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail and personalized service truly is what made her stand out to us.
