Loved everything about this property from the beautiful room to their amazing, helpful, friendly staff. Was very clean and had a cool firepit outside where I met many wonderful people from 8 different states. We will definitely be back!

Bait and switch on their rates watch out! Was quoted $51 a night in off season and they jacked up the prices for the weekend and they also went up after 2 nights stay. Watch out! Brandon was A+ though

After a long delayed airline flight from 3 states away and 8 hours behind on time we checked in close to midnight and Cynthia was the front desk clerk and very pleasant to visit with as we checked in to get some sleep and was so accommodating to meet our needs so Thank You Cynthia and I hope you get a raise in pay! Also Thank You Keith for being a great person and very pleasant to visit with and meet our needs. To all the staff that worked on April 17th through the 19th, you all did a great job and took pride in the duties of the job you all performed and I hope you all get a good raise in pay for the job you all did and you did it above and beyond and I hope to see you all again when I come back to stay in the AmericInn by Wyndham in Rapid City, South Dakota
