This property was clean and nicely decorated. The accommodations in the room were above what we expected…felt nicer than expected. All staff we interacted with were courteous. The breakfast that was offered had a good variety, but most of what I tried was only okay.

This hotel was quiet and clean. We didn't have any issues. The bed was really firm but clean.

The staff was very rude from the start.
They also gave away the room we purchased days before online to someone else and put us in a less expensive room with no money back.

Walked in to check into our room and staff wasn’t overly friendly or attentive. Went to our room and started checking beds and bathroom. Our hide a bed had bed bugs. The two queen beds were full of hair. Bathroom tub also had hair. Unknown stains on box spring. Friends room had pop sprayed all over the walls and gum on the couch. Also had hair in their beds. Filthy rooms. Between our parties we had rented 3 rooms for a weekend and left immediately.
