The front desk people were rude and unhelpful. We checked in and went to our room to find it dirty. The beds were unmade, dirty towels on the floor, trash in the bins and the microwave was disgusting. We were moved to another room that they had checked. This room had trash in the bin and no toilet paper. After calling the front desk, because they closed at 8pm, to request toilet paper and the trash taken out they said someone would be up and no one has come.

The room wasn't cleaned at all, and appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. It smelled like smoke. The only things that appeared to be clean were the sheets and towels thankfully. It simply appears that they don't have the staff necessary to keep the place going.

It was a near 0 degree night, the room was toasty and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was in needed repair and I can't believe I paid over $100 for the night... Breakfast was at 8am and I left early.

Bottom of feet black after a few steps on the floor, furniture was dirty & broken, black stuff in toilet, no wash cloths, no chair to sit on, no WiFi as certificate was outdated. Ceiling in shower was gross, shower rod was dirty. Not Kleenex. Don’t waste your time or money!!

The staff were very friendly and quick when we needed something. The only problem we experienced was that the remote was not working properly, but the TV worked fine and could adjust volume and channels on the TV so it was not a big problem. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return on future trips, it is reasonably priced and nononsense type of hotel.
