Super 8 by Wyndham Rapid City Rushmore Rd

Room was average to good halls were dirty laundry room was a disaster staff did not speak except to say there was no breakfast as they had no food. There was some updating going on in the units but long overdue in other areas.

Incredibly dirty and run down. Cops even showed up to check guests for open warrants! Broken down cars line the parking lot. Would NOT recommend at all!

Tiles missing in the front walk-walking hazard. 2 cars in parking lot with flat tires-can tell that they were there for a long time. Hallway carpet are filthy dirty. Bedroom carpet filthy dirty-didn’t want to walk on it with out shoes. Bathroom floor was sticky. No bathroom towel bars to hang up any towels. Hook in bathroom was dangling. No complimentary breakfast even at 8 am. Found 2 bugs in hallway. Come back to hotel to end the evening but found 4 BUGS in the room took 1 of them to manager and went back to room to pack up and leave

The property was undergoing maintenance at the time. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! This was by far the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. The Hotel should not even be listed on any site. The pictures are very deceiving! I had great concerns pulling into the property, which I did mention to the clerk. I was assured the property was safe, and the rooms were clean. He also said there were cameras all around. We walked into our room, the smell of the room was horrible. The carpet was very dirty, the chair in the room was almost black from being so dirty. There was what appeared to be vomit on the side of the box spring of one bed and what appeared to be feces on the other box spring along with a cigarette burn. The rooms are supposedly smoke free. The beds were very uncomfortable. Its hard for me to understand why this hotel is listed .

Room was dirty. Beds were terrible, could not stay the 2nd night, triednget credit from ******* and that has not been resolved, as it sits i ended paid for a night that we did not stay

The first room I got had a smell in it I’ve never experienced before. It was a little rank. I asked for a different room and the second didn’t have any smell. The place is fairly outdated but seemed clean which is more important to me and the price was a lot more reasonable than the other options.
