The room is comfortable, they have several food for breakfast, it just when it’s too crowded we have to queue for long time. But overall service was great and we enjoy it

There was no hot water and we stayed in a jacuzzi suite and was unable to use the jacuzzi. There was long black hair all over in the shower and we hadn’t even used the shower yet. Lights didn’t work in our room.

BED BUGS!! Do not stay here. We found 3 bed bugs in our room. We had a room with 2 king size beds. When we complained the front desk person did not seem alarmed or surprised. Needless to say we left immediately. One hot tub was not in working order either.

I do not like to stay at hotels due to beds, I think most - if not all, are uncomfortable. But these beds were hands down the best beds I've slept in at a hotel. Will be booking again in the future!

I came to Rapid for a medical appointment with my dad. We payed the lowest price I've ever payed for a hotel, but it was during the week and slow season. To my surprise the staff, (Anna) was so hospitable, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the beds were super comfy! My only negative was that were was no fresh fruit at breakfast!
