Well, if you like keycards that don’t work, a rude front staff, dirty rooms, non-existent maid service, then this is your place. The first night we checked it, we were sent to our room three times with a key card that didn’t work. Then they attempted to put us in another room, but I had paid for a room with two queens and the new room had one queen bed. So, we had to switch again. It took us an hour of back and forth to check in. At least this staff person was apologetic and gave us a 10 dollar snack voucher for the snack bar and a beer.
However, there was another evening front desk clerk who was down right rude the other nights, when our keycards again would not work. This gal was down right lazy and told me I had to wait for the new card to “activate”. After going up to the room twice she sighed, rolled her eyes at me and nastily responded she would have to open the door for us. God forbid she had to walk up there. Truly rude and awful.
Will never choose to stay at this hotel again give the rude front desk staff. I’ll stay right next door at one of the other hotels attached to the water park. User beware. This hotel is really awful..
