Shower head was broken, unable to take shower, minibar was completely out of order, waited around one hour to replace, too dirty in the rooms, bathroom did not has tub. Breakfast was quiet, and excellent based on the value that you pay.

The staff members are super helpful and kind, especially the housekeeping staff. All requests are met promptly and efficiently. There is a hot water flask to boil hot water, generous amount of tea, coffee, sugar and creamer sachets. If you have a car and plan to drive around, location is very strategic and accessible. Without a car, it can be challenging. It’s clean, decent and comfortable for short stays, for business travelers and explorers that are going to spend a lot of time outside of the hotel. It is budget friendly. The rooms are pleasant and bedding is comfortable. Pocket and budget friendly, value for money. Please manage your expectations as this is a basic, decent, functional hotel and not a resort. Feedback: Maybe use better quality toilet paper.

New feel of hotel and rooms. Some proper housekeeping of carpet and under bed would be nice. Other wise decent breakfast and overall satisfied stay. Did not yet time to drop by the sports bar, but would consider staying again next time if chance comes along.

Staff are very professional and friendly , helpful also making it easier for everything i need Especially the restaurant staff Sanda is very nice always smile make everything easy Harshanan is also very help full and making life easy and very organized Amud also doing great helped me even if need any thing out of his work like reheat my own food he helped These all done by supervising from Nancy which is one of the best people i dealed with Also chefs are good and making most of food on right

Had a nice experience Staffs are good Breakfast is delicious and overall in Ras Al KHAIMAH affordable budget 3star hotel . I am very happy with stay and enjoyed lot My son was playing in reception area and reception guys are very good I would like to recommend all UAE residents Especially my relatives and friends

Commendable leadership demonstrated by the hotel manager. Approachable, proactive & didicated to insuring guest satisfaction. Their commitment to excellence seta a great example for the entire staff. Exceptional service from our waiter courteous, efficient and always ready with a smile, made our male a delightful experience.
