This is my third stay inn this charming hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and so are the bathrooms. The view is dramatic, the sun rises across from the hotel, and the majestic Nile flows in front of the hotel. Thec staff is very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is good and the coffee is great. Highly recommend

Very tough reply from receptionist when asked for late check out for my travel circumstances even said from beginning that no availability for late check out as the room is booked!! He remember from his memory that my room booked! Even the face impressions weird! Should put in front a profile represent the hotel! Business wise is poor front face for hotel business. No client orientation! When asked for the pool sorry it is opened from 12 to 8 why? Because of school!! They share the swimming pool with school premises as I understood !! Smile and respect is a key in such business model! Not recommended ! معامله جافه جدا من الرسيبشنيزت لما سألته علي تأخير ساعتين تسليم الغرفه رد بوش مقفول غير طبيعي لا للاسف ما فيش امكانيه كأنه حافظ رقم الغرفه انها محجوزه للاسف وجه غير مجديه و بتخسر الاوتيل لانه مش فاهم يعني زبون في لغه البيزنس الابتسامه و الاحترام عامل جذب مهم خصوصا في بيزنس السياحه غير لما سألت علي البوول اتقالي انه بيفتح من ١٢ الي ٨ ليه ؟ علشان في مدرسه بتخلص الساعه ١٢ اللي فهمته انه تقريبا مشترك بين الاوتيل و المدرسه!! الاوتيل فيه حاجات كويسه بس انا مش حجي تاني و لا اوصي بيه لاي حد علشان المعامله امتي بقي حنفهم يعني سياحه و يعني ايه عميل و يعني ايه بيزنس!!!

The hotel is very clean, the reception staff are extremely courteous, helpful, efficient, and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very centrally located. If I visit Ras el Barr again, this will definitely be my hotel of choice. The breakfast is ok

This is my second visit to the city and second stay in this hotel. I saw a great improvement since last year. Obviously the owner doesn't spare any expense to make his hotel desirable. The employees are very friendly, courteous, and accommodating, especially at the front desk and the bell boy, both called Mohamed. The rooms are very clean and the view on the side of the great Nile is dramatic, especially the sunrise. Breakfast is good and offers many varieties. I would go there again willingly if I decide to revisit Ras el Bar

كانت اول زيارة لي لفندق دولفين وقبل الدخول توقعت انه فندق متواضع ولكن عكس توقعاتي وجدت الريسبشن محترمين وجميع الاستاف محترم ومهندم والغرف نظيفة وفرشها جديد مع اطلالة علي النيل مع توافر واي فاي مجاني وسريع،الافطار جيد ولكن يحتاج لزيادة التنوع قليلا
