The location is amazing.
The stuff is just one man who was very very kind with us.
The room was big and clean.
The harbor was so near.

It was terrible. We booked two rooms, but when we arrived they said they had only one room. They arranged for another room from another hotel. But our entire stay was terrible. The room we stayed was so untidy and unhygienic. The bidet in the toilet was broken as well as the shower. Bed sheets were dusty and it smells funny there. The staffs were not welcoming to us and they don’t even appear friendly. They didn’t even offer welcoming drink and we were kind of deserters there. It wasn’t even worth of money. There were no toiletries and no hair dryer as well.

Get away from the place! The guy who manages the reservations (apparently the manager of the place) is a rude and unreliable person. He was unclear about the transfer payment to the hotel, misled us with the times of the ferry, and because of him we had to pay a lot of money. When we tried to reach a compromise, he spoke rudely to us, threatened us that he would call the police and made us feel really bad. In addition, the rooms have a really, really bad smell of mold, it's hard to breathe. The breakfast is poor. We note that the waiters were courteous and helpful.

What we got was not what we expected. The room was very dark and looked unfinished. The room looked different from the pictures online. It was located in the back part of the house in an area that was under construction. Impossible to dry anything inside the room. No toiletries available. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn’t recommend.

The lobby is for the staff, not the guests. They laid around smoking except for the cook and cleaner who was the only real worker. The manager, Keenan and his brother, couldn't care less about your welfare - were very low on pertinent information like where to get supplies. Were selective about answering your questions. They wouldn't give out more than one roll of toilet paper at a time. No amenities in the room like a place to put your suitcase or a chair to sit in. The place was clean and the breakfasts were good but on the whole, don't go here.

Para nosotros como familia, las habitaciones eran perfectas. Camas cómodas, ducha maravillosa. Toallas y toallas de playa proporcionadas. Con desayuno incluido. Los propietarios (2 hermanos) fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales. Explicación sobre la isla y excursiones. Lancha rápida desde el aeropuerto. Servicio de traslado de maletas/mochilas. Nos quedamos 5 noches en lugar de 3.
