Upon arrival and on the road for 10 hrs we could not get in to our room. Motel office close and no one answered when I was calling. Worst experience I have ever had, I should not be charged for this. Also this motel shouldn’t be part of ******* network or next time we will book through another site.. really bad customer service or no customer service at all!!

I try to stay in locally owned hotels, and this one fit the bill. The room was large and quite clean. Sheets and towels had no chemically cleaned smell, which is great. The beds both sagged a bit toward the central reading light, but after reading, just roll over onto the good side of the mattress. Do note, there was no coffee making equipment in the room, and the restaurant doesn't open until 7:00 AM. Also, the tax rate is quite high (or so said the cashier....although room rate and taxes were not differentiated on my receipt), so add $20.00 to listed prices.

Disappointed!!!!
Sink backed up every time we wash our hands/ brushed our teeth, the lamp on the desk didn’t work, bulb was burned out, tried to call the front desk for help with getting the tv to come on and the phone on the night stand was non working. We used our on trash bags no trash can in the room only a small one in the bathroom. Will look for other accommodations on our way back through.

The room was very nice and clean. It smelled so good when we walked in .. the stuff was nice.
The view was beautiful and two deer came ant eat right out our room.
The only problem was no hot water for a shower.

Wouldn’t be able to saw we like anything about this place since we were not able to stay! Booked through ******* and they listed 24 hour front desk but when we arrived at 145 an the front desk was closed and the night bell didn’t bring anyone to door! Had to stay at the local roach motel as no other place had vacancy! Called the guy in the am to discuss and he didn’t care! Says his site lists till midnight! False advertising by *******! Called their clams to dispute and they didn’t care and did nothing. Spent 120$ for a motel we couldn’t use.
The area around the hotel is sketchy as well! Will never use ******* again or the hotel company!
