Raufarhofn Hotels with Bars

After a long and tiresome drive along the coast on a gravel road for about 60 min, we reached this gem of a small hotel. At first sight from the outside, this did not look like a proper hotel. However, entering all doubt disappeared. A lovely place with a host most welcoming and helpful. He was owner, receptionist and cook, all in one person. The rooms simple and very clean. «Less is more». We enjoyed a beautiful meal made from local products from the sea and the hills. We can highly recommend this lovely hotel.
