Nice hotel clean and organized, ATirek and Linda and Nastja are very kind to help customers. They are nice people and good job!

After some hard travelling, I had to stop at Frankfurt for a layover to the US. This airport was easy to get to from Frankfurt airport using the airport shuttle bus - a very short ride. The room itself was very nice - everything inside was quite new and clean. A really superb restful night ! Highly recommended for short stays.

Direct public bus from Airport to Hotel,Super Market just below.Free breakfast and friendly and helpful front desk.will come back again

Good location, have pickup service from airport

The room is clean and neat. I only have a problem with one of the receptionists. I think she may goes by the name Sabrina, probably South Asian ethnic by the look. I just came from shopping and had a big shopping bag and wanted to keep at the reception desk before going to the supermarket next to the hotel so that it’d be more convenient. She coldly asked if I were the hotel guest (she literally checked me in yesterday) and told me if I were the hotel guest so I should keep my bag in my room (it was on the fourth floor of the hotel). Is it really hard to just keep the bag for the guest for 10 minutes? This is the first time I experienced such behavior during my 14 days trip in Europe in 5 countries.

Great place! Very close to Lotus and Lufthansa center. Supermarket is amazing. They can add scrambled eggs in breakfast.

Everything was good, the bed was really comfortable, the room was clean. Even though the airport was close to the hotel we didn’t hear a lot of noises. The breakfast was yummy and everyone was very sweet. If i come back to Frankfurt i’ll stay here again. The metro was also really close to the hotel and not too far from the center of the city

Great location new facillity

It is a bit far from the airport. There is only one shuttle bus to and from the airport, so the waiting time is long. It is usually around gate B6. When it is dropped off at the airport, it is also about 15 minutes late. I am still very satisfied with the hotel. It is clean and tidy. There is a supermarket next to it. Everything is available and cheap, especially fruits. Free breakfast in the morning

The hotel is 9 kilometers away from Frankfurt Airport and is very suitable for travelers. The rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable, with a simple style. The bedding is comfortable and clean, and a kettle is thoughtfully provided. What’s particularly great is that the sound insulation effect is very good, the door is thick, and thanks to the excellent design and quality of German doors and windows, the sound of aircraft taking off and landing is almost impossible to hear👍👍 The service attitude was good, but the breakfast was a bit monotonous, especially since we had just stayed at the Holiday Inn Munich Center, so the breakfast was much worse. But there is take away coffee, which is good👍 What is particularly convenient is that there is a large netto supermarket next to the hotel. It has high quality, low price, and a complete range of categories. It is so convenient! ! Overall it’s good, recommended 👍

One minus point because there is no refrigerator in the room BUT there is an ice cube machine downstairs in reception (free)👍 Sufficient parking spaces in front of the hotel and you can even park for free at netto. Breakfast not the best choice but sufficient.. Gladly again 👌

The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are perfect. There are many restaurants nearby, including the Chinese restaurant named Weng Restaurant. There is a bus stop at the door, or you can walk to S9 and S8 light rail stations in 10 minutes
