Hotel maravilhoso. Localização perfeita, numa vila medieval, com uma vista espetacular para o Mediterrâneo. Café da manhã delicioso, com ambientes superacolhedores. Restaurante competente. Staff gentil, disponível e atencioso. E a decoração e cuidados com os detalhes em cada ambiente supreendem. Fantástico.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about it was just perfection. Everyone who worked there was extremely warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Amalfi!

Soggiorniamo a Ravello da molti anni....probabilmente è stato uno degli alberghi migliori. La posizione è sicuramente unica. L'edificio dove è la reception e la sala colazione/ristorante è storico, molto bello ben arredato e con vista mozzafiato, si accede dalla via pedonale, nella zona degli alberghi storici di lusso, le camere sono nella parte moderna collegata internamente al palazzo storico. La camera che avevamo prenotato (la 104) è al primo piano dell'edificio più moderno, molto comoda per chi arriva in macchina, si accede direttamente in auto, il parcheggio è a pagamento extra. Malgrado sia sulla strada che porta al centro storico è comunque silenziosa, ben arredata, pulitissima e con un balconcino panoramico. Inoltre è moto comoda, dall'edificio moderno si accede direttamente alla piazzetta di Ravello e alla fermata dell'autobus. Altro punto di forza è la colazione, molta scelta tra dolce e salato e vista mozzafiato. Il personale è molto disponibile e professionale.

Camera con vista magnifica, bagno spazioso e tutto molto pulito. Il letto era molto comodo così come i cuscini. La stanza molto ampia e silenziosa. Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso dei giorni molto piacevoli. Anche il servizio è stato gentile e professionale.

Siamo stati a villa fraullo lo scorso week end il tempo non e stato dei migliori cmq struttura superlativa personale attento e professionale insuperabile la professionalita di andrea che ci ha accolti dal garage e accompagnati alla holl sempre con il sorriso ci ha dato molta leggerezza dacendo scordare il brutto tempo grazie

Abbiamo scelto Villa Fraulo per il cenone di Capodanno. All’arrivo, il nostro tavolo era mancante nonostante il pagamento (totale) richiesto ed effettuato in anticipo. Organizzazione della serata salvata solo dalla musica dal vivo del pianoforte e da qualche fuoco sparato a mezzanotte (siamo rimasti seduti al tavolo 2 ore prima che arrivasse la prima portata). Cibo appena sufficiente, tra risotto crudo e dessert servito con pezzi di ghiaccio. Servizio che ci ha lasciati spesse volte imbarazzati: vino non presentato, non fatto assaggiare, lasciato senza glacette, che abbiamo dovuto richiedere (arrivata poi senza tovagliolo, che abbiamo dovuto chiedere di nuovo, tra gli sguardi spaesati dei camerieri). Piatti serviti con la base sporca, grondante di lenticchie. Non è sufficiente una vista mozzafiato sulla Costiera per avere 4 stelle: bisogna saperne essere all’altezza.
