Extraordinary place to stay! Great location, outstanding staff . Our room was beautiful with an amazing view! Thank you so much to Alexandra and Carlos at the reception for your help . Also to the incredible Roberto who assist us with luggage and driving us to the center and back. If you planning to go to Ravello you HAVE to go here, but if you are not you have to!

We loved it! Unrivaled location with views that will leave you breathless. Amazingly helpful staff. The town is a slightly uphill walk but shuttle service always available if you can’t make the short trek. Convenient bus service to other towns from the city square is n Ravello where the hotel shuttle drops you off. Rooms impeccable.

Très bel emplacement avec une belle vue sur mer (mais pas côté Amalfi). La suite 501 est à l'extrémité de l'hôtel avec une clim très bruyante qui nous a empêché de dormir et de profiter de la terrasse immense. Dommage. La décoration est vraiment basique, pas comme sur les photos du site de l'hôtel. Salle de bain immense mais mal aménagée (un seul lavabo, rien pour poser ses affaires). Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, pas de patisserie ou viennoiserie maison. Le personnel à la réception ne nous a pas accompagné à la chambre et nous a très mal expliqué comment nous y rendre. Nous nous sommes perdus et avons du revenir à la réception pour demander de l'aide. Nous avons demandé des conseils pour un restaurant et là encore, la réception nous a sorti la liste de tous les restaurants de Ravello. Aucune aide donc. Difficile aussi de se faire ouvrir le portail quand on doit entrer ou sortir en voiture.

We had a suite with a large balcony overlooking the coast. The view was stunning! The bed was comfortable and our bathroom was large with a nice hot shower. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed the pool. The staff is consistently polite and helpful. It’s a short walk in to the town square but we also used the hotel’s free shuttle. The breakfast room is cheerful and airy and the breakfast itself generous with nice options. Highly recommend Villa Piedimonte!

Hotel meraviglioso, vista mare stupenda, camera molto grande, ordinata e pulita, colazione ottima e abbondante. Lo staff mi ha aiutato ad organizzare una proposta di matrimonio impeccabile, offrendo vari pacchetti che includevano spumante e la possibilità di scegliere il bouquet di rose. Sono stati veramente disponibili e cordiali nell’aiutarmi ad organizzare il tutto. Grazie ancora. Spero di ritornarci un giorno.

Our group of two seniors, and three couples (two with toddlers) had a lovely time at the Villa Piedimonte in Ravello. The rooms were super comfortable (love the hot showers with good water pressure) and the views were AMAZING! The staff at Villa Piedminote were as wonderful as the views. Unless you're from this area, do NOT rent a car. Take advantage and have the hotel's guest services arrange all your transfers. Not only were the prices much less than regular taxis (and no need to wait), but the drivers were also always early and expertly drove the windy streets of the Amalfi coast. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service to the tiny town center (5-min drive) for those who don't want to walk. Given how full of tourists Sorrento and Positano are, it was nice to be staying in a quieter area of the Amalfi coast. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of items. My only feedback for improvement was the room service menu, which was a bit odd (sushi, lasagna, desserts). Overall, I would stay here again.

Beautiful view from our room. All rooms have a view of the Mediterranean and the spectacular hillsides. Our room was very spacious, with a separate living room. Great breakfasts with wide variety of options. Easy to eat too much. Staff was always receptive and very helpful. Easy walk up to Ravello center and hotel offered free shuttle if you needed it either way.

I would like to thank Alex (reception) and Roberto for being so kind and helpful during our recent stay. We were hugely disappointed with our room on arrival. The bedroom faced the back and the living room was sparse and cold although did have a terrace. Alex immediately moved us to another room and adjusted our rate as room was less costly than one we booked. Roberto was cheerful and always helpful. The view from hotel is great but it feels lacking in ambiance and comfort. The breakfast staff were cheerful but the room very depressing. The rest of the reception staff were dismissive and came across as disinterested. This really feels like a glorified bed and breakfast with a great view not a 4 star hotel experience.
