Palazzo Bezzi Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for one night in May 2024. I was very pleased with it. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The AC worked. They have elevators. Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the Centro Storico.

Great experience and lovely service. Welcoming personnel, outstanding breakfast. The hotel is very close to the city center. The room was wide and clean. All the amenities were at reach. Also we have been offered few parking options. Highly recommendable

Palazzo Bezzi was an unexpected delight and surprisingly inexpensive. It's only a 10-minute walk from the train station and a few steps from one of the top sights in Ravenna (Sant'Apollinare Nuovo). Our "classic" room was spacious and had a separate sitting area (with a second TV). Bathrobes and slippers were provided. The breakfast options were outstanding, and they served terrific aperitivi in the garden on Sunday night, with Prosecco and lots of tasty food choices. Highly recommended!

Very courteous and helpful front desk personnel. We arrived via car early evening and parked in the yellow lines as instructed by the hotel. The front desk person helped us with our luggage and indicated where we could find parking (also offered the garage parking option). After a couple of tries we found street parking very close to the hotel. When we checked-in, they informed us of where to buy the tickets for the mosaics, suggested sights to visit, and nearby restaurants. The room was large, facing the street (no noise) and with a large comfortable bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable. The next morning the included breakfast was buffet style but you could have pancakes, crepes and others made to order. The personnel in the breakfast room were very courteous. The hotel in itself is well located as you can walk to most of the sights. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff were the least friendly and unhelpful to us no one helped carry our luggage to our room ( we are older) they laughed when we went up the wrongs steps carrying our bags struggling. At breakfast we were ignored by waitstaff others were offered menu items we were not just ignored.. maybe because we are American. The breakfast food on buffet was very good. I just felt very uncomfortable .
