The hotel is super close to the train station (about a 3-5 minute walk) and easy walking distance from the center of Ravenna. Staff was very kind and accommodating, breakfast was varied and delicious (with free cappuccino!) and everything in the room was up to standard. Would totally stay here again

We stayed in this property over the Easter weekend. Unfortunately there was a bad smell, a dilapidated lift, old furniture (our soft mattress was placed on a base) and summary cleanliness. I don't want to dwell on it further, but I want to say that the hotel staff is very welcoming and kind. On Easter morning they let us find a Kinder egg. Since they are young, I really hope they can give a change of pace to this structure which, among other things, is located in a strategic position, because it is close to the station and a 5-minute walk from the main attractions. Poor structure, I stayed in January and despite this the price was not low, dirty and worn room, extremely small bathroom. On the second day the bed was only made, without putting in a bathroom kit (new shampoo, etc.)
Poor breakfast, everything packaged and of very little quality.
The only positive side was the very friendly staff!

Just enough cleaning. Definitely old and poorly maintained structure. The attic room was very hot and dark. Air conditioning not working. Broken Geberit. Very uncomfortable bathroom. Door handle not screwed. Tree without air supply and smells musty. Last but not least, a terrible breakfast with very little choice and poor quality.

We booked the hotel via booking, the receptionist who welcomed us was really kind, explained how everything worked and allowed us to pay after settling into the room. The hotel looks a little run down, the room is also dated with very old finishes. Starting from the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken or rather a hook was broken, the silicone was moldy... furthermore it was not suitable because being used for the disabled, it had a mirror facing downwards, consequently we had to bend down to look at ourselves in the mirror. As for the room, the beds were nothing special. The breakfast was normal. For what we paid on a day in the middle of the week we expected a little more. I will attach photos

Shabby outdated property. not worth the 160eur per night, at all. Rip off. Simple lobby reception, scary elevator, old and poor maintenance room. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom, no toilet paper roll hanger, no toothbrush glass, step corner floor between the bathroom and the room (they added a wooden floor without leveling the edge, so your toes will always bump on it) Odd a/c very noisy, unusable. No winter blanket. One morning no-one woke up and breakfast service started after 7.30 with a bunch of people in a rush to exit for the trade show. It should cost 1/4 of its price and it requires urgent renovation.
