The hotel is super close to the train station (about a 3-5 minute walk) and easy walking distance from the center of Ravenna. Staff was very kind and accommodating, breakfast was varied and delicious (with free cappuccino!) and everything in the room was up to standard. Would totally stay here again

Siamo stati in questa struttura per il ponte di Pasqua. Purtroppo c'era cattivo odore, ascensore fatiscente, mobilio vecchio (il nostro materasso molle era poggiato su una rete) e pulizia sommaria. Non voglio soffermarmi oltre, ci tengo però a dire che il personale dell'albergo è molto accogliente e gentile. La mattina di Pasqua ci hanno fatto trovare un ovetto della Kinder. Visto che sono giovani, spero davvero che riescano a dare un cambio di passo a questa struttura che, tra le altre cose si trova in una posizione strategica, perché è vicino alla stazione e a 5 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. In bocca al lupo!

Struttura scadente, ho soggiornato a gennaio e nonostante questo il prezzo non era basso, camera sporca e usurata dal tempo , bagno estremamente piccolo. Il secondo giorno mi e stato solo rifatto il letto, senza mettere kit bagno ( shampoo ecc nuovi)
Colazione scarsa, tutto confezionato e di pochissima qualità.
Unico lato positivo il personale molto gentile!

Pulizia appena sufficiente. Struttura decisamente vecchia e mal tenuta. La stanza mansardata caldissima e buia. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Geberit guasto. Bagno molto poco confortevole. Maniglia della porta non avvitata. Albero privo di riscontro d'aria e puzza di chiuso. Non da ultimo una colazione pessima con pochissima scelta e di scarsa qualità.

Abbiamo prenotato l hotel tramite booking, la receptionista che ci accolto davvero gentile , ci ha spiegato come funzionava il tutto e ci ha permesso di pagare dopo la sistemazione in camera. L hotel si presenta un po malandato , la camera , anch essa datata con le finiture molto vecchie . Partendo dal bagno , la tavoletta era rotta o meglio un gancetto lo era , il silicone con la muffa .. inoltre non era idoneo perché essendo addibito per i non abili, aveva un specchio rivolto verso il basso, di conseguenza ci dovevamo abbassare per specchiarci. Per quanto riguarda camera, i letti niente di che. La colazione nella norma. Per quello che abbiamo pagato in un giorno in mezzo alla settimana ci aspettavamo un po di più. Allegherò foto

Shabby outdated property. not worth the 160eur per night, at all. Rip off. Simple lobby reception, scary elevator, old and poor maintenance room. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom, no toilet paper roll hanger, no toothbrush glass, step corner floor between the bathroom and the room (they added a wooden floor without leveling the edge, so your toes will always bump on it) Odd a/c very noisy, unusable. No winter blanket. One morning no-one woke up and breakfast service started after 7.30 with a bunch of people in a rush to exit for the trade show. It should cost 1/4 of its price and it requires urgent renovation.
