Stayed for just one night after the cruise, since it was quite close to the port. There are natural reserves close by and a grocer in the vicinity. Food was amazing and worth every penny. The lady (don't know her name) was very knowledgeable about nut allergies. Kids enjoyed the stay too, considering there are two play areas and in the evening there was a magic show. They also arranged the transport to airport for us.

Hotel pulito, ben gestito con l’ospitalità e la cordialità che ci si aspetta dalla Romagna. Stanze un po’ ageé ma funzionali e ben tenute, buffet della colazione Capaci di soddisfare tutti i gusti e gli appetiti. La collaborazione con la Cucina Retrò è un plus non indifferente. Raccomandato.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel la terza settimana di settembre. Devo dire che il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e devo fare i complimenti per l'ottimo buffet e anche molto vario. Le camere belle,comode e un bel voto anche per la pulizia. Lo consiglio.

Aspetti positivi: - nel complesso la quantità e qualità del cibo, sia per la cena che per la prima colazione, nulla di clamoroso ma tale da soddisfare un po' tutti i gusti (carne, pesce, contorni, primi a volontà, dolci, ecc...) - la gentilezza degli addetti alla colazione ed alla sala pranzo/cena - la presenza di aree gioco per i bambini, coperte da telecamere che mostrano le aree stesse su schermi situati nelle stanze al piano terra dell'hotel - il parcheggio gratuito e la dotazione del wi-fi in camera Aspetti negativi: - struttura datata, sia gli arredi che, soprattutto, lo stato di usura dei sanitari e della doccia (almeno per il bagno della mia stanza) sono davvero brutti, non me li sarei aspettati in queste condizioni in un hotel 3 stelle (ho anche dovuto aprire il coperchio dello scarico del water perché il galleggiante non tornava in posizione in quanto difettoso, queste cose vanno verificate prima di assegnare una camera!!!) - lo stendi panni in balcone arrugginito, anche no - camera piuttosto stretta.

Ottimo cibo sia per la colazione che per la cena, ottima la cottura della carne ed abbondanti le portate di pesce,ottima pulizia delle camere e biancheria decisamente di qualità. Disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff più che ottima. Vacanza molto rilassante.

Sono stato una settimana ad agosto. Ottima qualità - prezzo: la mia camera era pulita, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i servizi e la colazione molto abbondante e buona. Forse i prezzi del ristorante (per pranzo e cena) erano leggermente alti rispetto al livello dei piatti però non eccessivi. Lo consiglierei !
