Tolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer war riesig, mit altem Mobiliar und Himmelbett. Bett war bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Morgen- und Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Was will man mehr! Parkingmeters in der Nähe möglich.

Our stay was delightful. This is a stately 15th century villa with marble staircases, crystal chandeliers and Renaissance-like windows with foldable wooden shutters that was built in 1468. There are original frescos on the wall.it is an easy walk from the train station and close to the famous Byzantine churches. The staff was very personable and accommodating.

A localização é muito boa, entre lojas, restaurantes, enfim. A Sra Dora foi muito simpática e prestativa, inclusive quando tivemos que tomar o café da manhã um pouco mais cedo para o retorno. O café da manhã era de ótima qualidade, mas achei cansativo chegar de viagem e ter que assinalar os itens que gostaria de ter no café da manhã do dia seguinte, considerando que não sabemos se vamos acordar com apetite ou não. Nosso quarto tinha afrescos, chaleira elétrica e chás, porém não tinha luz suficiente para fazer uma maquiagem ou se barbear.

Quirky hotel - rooms comfortable but a little gloomy and some of the furniture and plumbing a little idiosyncratic. Staff are very helpful and friendly and keen that you enjoy your stay. Great location, very close to the centre. Breakfast choice is not very extensive but the brasserie food and wine selections are good. Enjoyed our stay here.

Una residenza antica finemente ristrutturata con saloni illuminati da maestosi lampadari di Murano. Splendidi soffitti in legno decorati. Camera accogliente, spaziosa, calda e silenziosa. Dei miglioramenti sarebbero necessari per quanto riguarda il numero delle prese elettriche, la connessione WiFi debole con la TV non collegata alla rete e i bagni con i sanitari stile antico ma scomodi in quanto non dotati di miscelatori. Letto grande e spazioso ma dal materasso da sostituire in quanto durissimo e poco spesso. Nota positiva è il ristorante all’interno dove abbiamo potuto gustare i pranzi di Pasqua e Pasquetta con prodotti di qualità, ben preparati godendo di ambienti eleganti. Il personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottimo il servizio di valet parking.

The hotel is very well positioned right in the city centre. It is a beautiful Palazzo with historical frescoes. It is clean and staff is kind and attentive.

Father daughter trip to see Ravenna. Mosaics, Dante Alighieri, walkable old town. This hotel is 10 min walk from the train station. We walked, our luggage was light. The streets are bumpy so perhaps taking a taxi from the station would be good idea for some. The people at the hotel and restaurant are very friendly. Monica and Dora took great care of us, their English was excellent.

Great location. I dropped my credit card in lobby, they found it and called me to return it. So honest. Also, they helped us with getting taxi to port, but our credit card would not go thru. She used her own private card and they let us reimburse her. That was very trusting of her and not expected. So nice to see there are still honest, trusting people in this world.
