NH Ravenna

The hotel is in a very good location, just a five-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets nearby, and Ravenna's main attractions and churches are also within walking distance. The interior of the room is quite satisfactory and has complete facilities. Because the room is under the roof of the top floor and the ceiling is sloped, the overall space is okay. There is mold inside the hair dryer. I hope it can be replaced or cleaned. Luggage can be stored in the lobby, and the staff is friendly.

Probably the best hotel in the center of Ravenna. It's very close to the train station, but not too messy. It's not far from famous attractions and there's a big supermarket nearby. The hotel room and breakfast were very good.

The room is very good and the location is very good. It is only 7-8 minutes away from the train station. There is a large parking lot at the door, which is convenient. The breakfast is great, with many varieties and freshly squeezed orange juice. I am very satisfied. The front desk is beautiful and enthusiastic, and the service experience is great. I will continue to stay next time.

The hotel is located near the center, it is not a recently built structure, in front there is a large parking lot where you can leave your car and walk to the historic centre. The staff is kind very clean room and very comfortable bed.

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero strategica: davanti alla struttura c'è un comodo parcheggio e ci si trova davvero a pochi passi dal centro, che è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Altra nota positiva dell'hotel è la colazione, molto buona. Le camere sono pulite e i letti comodi. Però ci sono diversi punti che non ci sono piaciuti. La struttura è davvero un po' vecchiotta e anche le camere e i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione. Non si parla solo di estetica (de gustibus non disputandum est), quanto ad esempio del fatto che i bagni hanno una vasca, abbastanza scomoda e piuttosto angusta. Nella nostra vasca inoltre ad esempio i prodotti da bagno erano posati sul bordo vasca e non appesi a muro ed è davvero disagevole usarli così, soprattutto considerate le dimensioni della vasca... Inoltre le camere sono davvero poco insonorizzate: non si sentono tanto i rumori esterni, quanto tutto ciò che accade nella camera e nel bagno accanto. Da ultimo, la gestione dell'accoglienza e del check out è davvero un po' caotica e disorganizzata, soprattutto se si considera che, a quanto pare è un hotel sempre affollato, e quindi dovrebbero essere abituati a gestire in maniera appropriata tali flussi di persone. Comunque consigliato per un soggiorno breve a Ravenna, seppur senza grosse pretese.

El hotel está bien ubicado, es clásico, tranquilo, no tiene parking pero hay dos muy cercanos y no son caros. Buena opción para visitar Ravenna.
