Had a fun time at Gamuda, and I found the location and cleanliness of the facilities to be very good. However, I wasn't happy with the service. It wasn't my first time dealing with a self-check-in, but it was the first time that no one provided me with check-in information even after the check-in time had passed. I had to find a contact number myself, and I didn't get any replies when I tried to contact them via Trip.com. Even after I finally reached someone, they didn't immediately address my issue. I'm really speechless about this kind of attitude in the service industry, especially from a chain.

Comfortable apartment, has a beautiful swimming pool. Only the choice of places to eat is quite limited. Easy parking and helpful guards, near the skyline luge & gamuda garden mall.
