The location is perfect if you want to be halfway between the city center and Reading University. It could use some renovation work, but I can assure you it's a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are magnificent and incredibly helpful. I recommend it just to experience their kindness. Breakfast could be improved, but for two nights, I had a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, I don't have any other photos besides the one I'm posting.

Really nice for overall ambience. If the hotel can provide dish washer , I will feel a little bit elated more

The room was a bit small and dim. We were just staying one night, arriving late and leaving early in the morning. The hotel exterior is very pretty, and there's plenty of parking. Inside, the corridors are winding, and the soundproofing isn't great.

Spacious rooms with good amenities within historically beautiful buildings with sympathetic extensions. Massive car park and quite rooms. Very responsive and interactive staff ensuring a positive experience at anytime (we arrived at 10:30 pm). In house breakfast has superior taste and the Chef has excellent mastery of the Classic English Breakfast.

Friendly staff Location is really good, very close to University and not too far from town centre. Bus stop is just across the hotel. Lovely breakfast

Good location. The room has its own fridge, microwave, plates and cutleries. It has on-site free parking. There is no aircon but the fan is strong enough to keep you cool. And they have good quality toilet roll that dont disintegrate 😜

I stayed at Sure Hotel for the first time as I started a new job in Reading. The office was 20mins away and the free parking meant I could easily leave my car parked at the hotel. The executive double room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including a fridge and microwave.

It’s very basic and cheap . Only criticism.no water or tea coffee although there is a kettle.
