Excellent location directly overlooking the Scala dei Turchi beach. Spacious and clean double room. All the staff were friendly, on the day of our check out they were kind to let us leave the car in the hotel car park and also use the swimming pool.
Poor breakfast for a 4 star

Resort simpatico con un nonché di spagnolo. Camere provviste di anticamera e quindi decisamente pratiche anche se un po’ fredde nell’arredamento. Ambiente scarno e freddo anche quello del ristorante (ma ci eravamo solamente io e mia moglie e quindi praticamente aperto per noi) compensato tuttavia dalla buona qualità delle vivande e dalla attenzione ad esigenze gluten free. Molto cordiale il personale e praticissimo il parcheggio interno. Trattandosi di camere a piano terra e con pavimento in piastrelle che concorre a dare una idea di freddo, si sente la mancanza di ciabattine da bagno; così come, trattandosi di un 4 stelle, di un blocchetto notex e una penna per prendere appunti, eventualmente griffata col logo del resort da trattenere come gadget dell’albergo. Vivamente consigliabile per la visita alla scala dei Turchi.

Liegt auf einer Klippe mit Blick von der Bar aufs Meer. Weg zur Beach 10 Minuten. Freundlicher Empfang, schöner Anblick. Sehr gutes Abendessen mit äusserst freundlicher Bedienung. Zimmer mit Vorraum zum kochen und Schlafraum etwas gar karg eingerichtet. Matratzen so lala. Ueber alles eine gute Wahl. Leider sehr ringhörig wenn man im Parterre ist von oben

The hotel is misnamed as a ‘resort’. It looks and has a tired feel. The linens were scratchy and the bedspreads dated. You have to pay extra for a pool towel. To buy anything at the bar, you have to go to reception to pay. It did not feel like we were in a resort!!

Ottimo posto con camere grandi e pulite. Posizione ottimale , giardino curato . Colazione c abbondante con Giusi sempre disponibile e gentile. Accettazione con collaboratori gentili e disponibili x ogni chiarimento. Bene ci torneremo

Great location, walkable to the “Stairs of Turkey.” Staff was very pleasant, spoke English and had responsive to requests. Great breakfast and great restaurant on the premises.

Arrived on a Sunday at 1.00 p.m. No bar, no food available. However room was ready but nothing in mini bar to eat. Bar didn't open until 3.00 p.m. Only serves drinks, crisps and ice creams. Restaurant didn't open until 7.30p.m. Lunch not available any day at resort. Room alright and bed comfortable. Hot water supply very erratic. Bathroom fittings not great. Had to ask for kettle, mugs and spoons to make coffees/teas. Housekeeping team good and cheerful. Breakfast deadly, totally lacking in imagination. Resort restaurant served good food but wonder when the menu was last reviewed/changed. Waiting staff warm and friendly in the main. Pool area good and pool itself not heated but in the hot weather that was not a problem. Adequate sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas. Excellent beach close by resort. A car is a must as places to eat in immediate vicinity of resort scarce. Also one will be needed to explore and there's lots to do and see. Key thing to know is that Sicily is the biggest island in the Mediterranean ( about the same size as Wales) so getting across to say Siracusa or Taormina is a three hour drive there and then back

Esternamente molto bello con un’ottima piscina,ma tutto finisce lì! Colazione scadente, dopo alle 8 non trovi quasi più nulla, bevande alla macchinetta imbevibili, bacon bollito che dopo poco tempo assumeva un colore verdastro. Personale inefficiente ,non riforniscono i piatti esauriti ,ma piuttosto chiacchierano tra di loro.Se malauguratamente hai scelto una camera economica, la trovi lungo la discesa ,col bagno seminterrato e con segni evidenti di umidità.Mancanza di serratura alla porta,si possono chiudere con chiave solo le persiane che impediscono però il passaggio della luce e sei costretto (se sei in camera) a stare con la luce elettrica accesa!
