Il signor Tommaso è maestro di ospitalità. Persona cortesisissima e gioviale. La cascina del poeta è un luogo magico e curato a pochissimi km dal centro di Recanati. Appartamenti puliti e molto carini, un ampio spazio verde e tutto a disposizione. Posizione comodissima per visitare l'entroterra o andare al mare. Raccomandatissimo.

La Cascina è un luogo che ti rigenera l'anima... Nel 2022 è stata la location per il reality tv " Il contadino cerca moglie" Consigliatissimo per chi vuole andare al mare ( si trova vicino alla Riviera del Conero , solo 15' ) e ritemprarsi in campagna, all'ombra del paese del poeta Leopardi e del tenore Beniamino Gligli.

Onestamente essere svegliati dai lavori di manutenzione della pavimentazione esterna alle 8 del mattino del sabato rasenta l'incredibile. Chiunque avrebbe ipotizzato di fare svolgere tali lavori a un orario più consono (magari nel pomeriggio quando gli ospiti sono svegli e vanno al mare) per una struttura ricettiva dove le persone vanno a riposare ma così non è stato. Davvero una pessima esperienza. Anche la tariffa per il pernottamento risulta inadeguata. Sconsigliato.
