Holiday inn at redbluff should be called the resort pool,gym biscuits and gravy

Location is good. Room was clean. Front desk Service was good. Breakfast was just below average.

It's my go to spot mini vacation

This is a superb quality and clean hotel!

Clean, tidy, standard chain hotel.

The facilities are old and the room size is slightly larger. Close to the highway, a bit noisy. The advantage is that there is a gas station next to it, and it is very convenient to wash and refuel the car.

Elevator not working. Recumbent bike not working properly in fitness room. No sanitary wipes or towels or water in the fitness room. No bath mat for the shower & tub was extremely slippery.

Elevator was broke down, the guy at the front desk checked me out the day I checked in so housekeeping came in my room at 6am the next day thinking the room was empty. I was also told not to drink the water but there was no vending machine or complimentary water bottles.

Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful. Stayed on way to families and stayed on the way back.

No iron in room. TV sound wouldn’t work. Front desk made me “fix” it. Took me half an hour to re-boot satellite. Bed was like sleeping on granite. Bathroom light had a mind of its own. To save energy, it would go off when motion was halted. My wife was doing her hair and makeup, and light kept turning off. But light would turn on because of reflection in mirror.

First, they so rude when I check in and there was not enough carts for every guest, very noisy at night, parking expensive $25, even for disabled people. Breakfast was horrible, pool was close and Wi-Fi not free you have to pay $10 every single day. I just think it’s ridiculous. I would not recommend it this place to stay.

Clean. But there is a train— came by 3 times last night— not close— but did wake me up. Would stay again.

d everything about our room. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. I traveled with my puppy for the first time and the facilities were very comfortable for her. I will definitely stay here again as we regularly drive to California from Washington.

Room smelled like pee, door didn’t seal well so lots of light came through, lamp on desk didn’t work, charger on nightstand lamp didn’t work, and neighbor room was extremely noisy until 2:00am.
