Best Western Antelope Inn Suites

close to Fairgrounds which is where our event was being held. vending machine on 1st floor was not working, would not accept dollar bills. Homeless issue was present but not a problem to us.

Always clean and helpful staff. We are return customers and hope to continue staying at this location.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Well light parking lot, makes you feel at ease with your truck park out there.

Nice rooms.

I have two dogs. The pets are on the second floor and that was a challenge to get them up and down the stairs to get them out to the potty area. Would be more convenient to have been on the lower level but other than that no issues at all

On the positive side: the bed was comfortable. Other than that, this was the most unsatisfactory stay of our 10 day road-trip. It started at check-in. There were three individuals checking in when we arrived in the lobby, after 35 minutes it was finally our turn. It took over 15 minutes to check into a room we already had reserved. The clerk asked us personal & vehicle information we have never been asked before. Why? While my wife is handling this process, I decided it would be better to go unload the car. I grab the only available luggage cart, unload the car and return to the lobby, where I'm informed there is no elevator (or restrooms on the ground floor) in this hotel. Inconvenient, but I'm tired, let's go to our room and think about dinner. After lugging our bags upstairs, we enter the smallest, cramped hotel room I have ever been in. King Suite? Nope, don't think so. It's not the hotels fault that nearby restaurants are closed on Monday's, but maybe you could do something about the homeless working on their broke down cars and peering into customer cars in your parking lot?

Drove ten hours and couldn’t wait to relax. Got here and we had to turn on the refrigerator. It was hot. Went to shower and the hot water was turned off. once we figured out we had to turn the water on under the sink found out the cold and hot waters In the sink were reversed. I’ll let you know about the showers tomorrow. Sad day for some weary travelers.

We like the ease of getting in and out and access to other locations.

I travel a lot and I am member of best western plus. But this hotel was one of those mis managed ones. First, it took absolute 40 minutes to check me in. Front desk lady could not figure out to work with computer. Second, there were not hot water in shower, and all towels were for hand towels Third, the breakfast was so poor quality. Not enough toast bread on the counter and not enough clear plastic glass for orange juice. I had to share my breakfast with my kids , so everyone gets a portion of bread. It is a shame for best western hotels
