We booked a table for a Friday night there was no steak available or mixed grill after 40 minutes of ordering we where told are starters where not available so a alternative was given which was cold . The main course came which was a burger which was overcooked and burnt. The bar staff where fantastic apologiesing but it was not there fault the food was absolutely rubbish.

WOW! A truly amazing experience. I checked in for a 2 nights over Easter weekend for my birthday and everything was 100% perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and ensuite with a bath as requested, additionally it was on the ground floor so no stairs or elevators to annoy you. The kingsize bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby on both nights with zero disturbance or noise. The room came with multi channel TV and Tea/coffee facilities. The heating seemed to be automatically set and stayed at a comfortable room temperatureambience. There was no need to fiddle with the electric heating. The Hot water was just perfect too. This was my first ever visit but will not be my last. I dont think anything could be improved - they are all EXCELLENT! Well Done the team.

Very pleasant for the most part… arrived relatively late evening… introduced to the environment and plans for breakfast…
No yogarts with breakfast! Missing from the bags….
Relaxing environment… had a a nice hot bath… TV cut out at 12! 😊
Had breakfast in the restaurant on Boxing Day and all good…
All told was very nice … the above are small things that did not take away from the experience….

It’s not so good as I expected compared to one of Marston inn (SpringRiver in Kent). I wasn’t comfortable i must say, the room is not fresh. I had to spray my perfume on the beddings yet my body itched which happens when beddings not completely changed. The bathroom extactor fan was half broken rusty
