Motel 6 Redlands, CA

"Ash" was awesome, the service was excellent. Location is close to several stores and restaurants. Price is great.👍👍

Although the room was large and spacious the room was still a bit dirty after further examination and the restroom I found cockroaches and appeared to be a bed bug after letting the staff member know they were unable to help and said that were more than welcome to stay somewhere else I told him that the room needs to be shut down and they can give me another room they refused I asked if they could return any of my money and they refused I will not be staying here and I will not recommend this place to somebody else

Clogged shower drain. No fridge like other motel 6.

Hotel right by highway—very noisy. Toilet plunger in outside hall way. Soaps were used and put back in stained plastic packages. Waited 10 minutes for staff to appear for check out.

I tried to check in, the first room 106 had a horrible leak from the ceiling, by the smell of it drainage is coming from the upstairs room. After the attendant acted surprised to see me again I was reluctantly then given a key to room 103 where the faucet for the shower would not fully close and constant water noise would have made it impossible to sleep. Even tough these were non-smoking rooms both rooms had bed covers with at least three holes each that looked like cigarette burns and generally looked in disrepair. After the attendant told me most rooms are currently experiencing leaks I asked for a refund which they provided. I hope after my review posts, instead of coming here and saying they regret my experience and will try to do better, they step away the keyboard and do actual maintenance on the property, that would be best for them and their customers. Doble Tree in San Bernardino was a pretty good experience after this and only 20 minutes away in case that helps.
