The property was well located and suited my geographic needs perfectly for what I was looking for. It was also very close to downtown Redlands, which an older and charming downtown with a handful of cool restaurants and walkable shopping. For the property specifically, I guess I just expected a little more with it being brand new construction. I was pretty underwhelmed with the room itself. The common area lobby was nice. Breakfast is always a great add on and the price was right. Make sure to ask for a room on the side of the building away from the freeway when you book.....it is SUPER loud.

Check in was slow, and our room wasn’t ready at 4pm. Fire alarm went off at 645am. Room was comfortable though.

This is my second time staying in this hotel for business. This is a great hotel to stay. The front desk was very friendly and clear in all instructions. The room was clean and the atmosphere was very professional all around.
