The service was excellent. The amenities were very good and very clean. The only drawback is that one of the jacuzzis didn't have hot water, but you could still enjoy it.

Fantástico, super tranquilo . Um espaço maravilhoso para se desfrutar de uns dias de descanso . O edifício é maravilhoso, antigo mas bem aproveitado. O jantar é ótimo, mas é aconselhável fazer reserva . Pequeno almoço muito bom. Recomendo vivamente.

Em geral, uma experiência muito boa! Quarto em ótimas condições, espaçoso e confortável. Zona da piscina interior também bem cuidada. Pequeno almoço de qualidade, apenas realçar que não tinha imensa variedade. Único ponto a apontar é a falta de ligação entre o piso onde ficamos hospedados e a zona do restaurante/piscina fazendo com que tivéssemos de andar uma pequena distância à chuva entre localizações.

Atendimento pouco profissional e pouco amigável logo no check-in por parte da recepcionista (Ana). Hotel frio e quartos pouco cuidados. Um pequeno-almoço pobre. Tem máquina de sumos naturais, mas não oferecem. Obrigam a um check-out às 11:00 (deve ser caso único a nível mundial). A minha filha estava a ter uma explicação on-line e às 11:20 obrigaram-na a sair do quarto e a interromper a explicação. O Spa estava cheio de pessoas externas ao hotel

El hotel muy bien,muy bonito,las habitaciones perfectas,el desayuno muy bien también,es pequeño pero muy completo,la atención también esta muy bien.poner nada mas dos pegas: el spa es una piscina cubierta sin más,con un jacuzzi con el agua bastante fria en ambos sitios,las saunas pequeñas pero bueno casi era lo mejor del spa. Por la noche tomamos una copa en el bar y nos cobraron por un cubata con coca cola de botella 10e diciendo que eran dos en 1. Estaba muy bonito adornado de navidad

Melhor quarto e mais Aconchegante que tive o privilégio de dormir. Staff profissional, piscinas e spa bons , pequeno almoço bom e fantástica paisagem com bastante sossego. Preço/qualidade aceitáveis .

Un lugar perfecto para hacer una escapada para conocer la zona (el casco histórico de Chaves merece la pena una visita) y después descansar y relaj**** dándose un baño en su piscina cubierta o utilizando el spa. El personal muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda, amplia, limpia y con unas vistas espectaculares en otoño desde su amplísima terraza. Con buen tiempo debe ser un gusto sent**** en ella. El desayuno estupendo, muy abundante y variado. Se necesita ir en coche, pero sin problema para aparcar. Un sitio donde repetir.
