The front desk swiped the pre-sale right, and 12 days later, no payment was made. And other hotels will release it on the same day. Ctrip's ability to handle after-sales is very poor.

Not the best area around it but it is conveniently located to coffee and fast food and the freeway. Once in the hotel everything is great and good breakfast included

The customer service was beyond amazing. I haven't even received such customer service even in high end hotels. The daily breakfast was very good, even the service during breakfast was impressive. The only down-fall would be our sofa bed which my children slept on. The bed within the sofa felt like it was going to fall apart.
