The hotel is a new one, so very clean.
The staffs were very kind.
Breakfast is so good.
The place was convenience to visit Donau river ans some old church and beautiful street.

This hotel has a great location and is very convenient to get to by car. The parking lot is spacious and clean, and it is directly connected to the hotel, so it is very convenient. It's not far to walk to downtown and there are delicious restaurants nearby. Pharmacy too...

Had an unexpected stay in Regensburg when all trains to Munich were cancelled. This hotel was walkable from the train station.
Staff were all amazing, courteous and friendly and spoke English which was so helpful after a stressful day.
The restaurant had good food and delicious German beer.
The room was very comfortable and just what we needed! Danke everyone at Novotel

A bit off the beaten track, about 15 mins brisk walk from the rail station and town centre. It seems to be a brand new hotel. Very quiet, with a spacious lobby and small but well designed rooms. Would certainly visit again, and Regensburg which has a lovely feel.

I cannot praise the staff in this hotel enough. They were brilliant! Bianca and Millett went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I thought I was going to have to return from a festival about an hour away late at night. They seriously could not have done more to help than they did, . I had train times, phone numbers and taxi numbers to hand if I needed them. They took all the stress out of the situation for me. In the end there was room in the car with my friends but as a result of their help I had a worry free festival knowing exactly how I would get back to the hotel if I needed to. The hotel was clean and lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Bianca and Millet!

Nice hotel for a business or pleasure visit to Regensburg. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and modern looking. Room is a decent size, comfortable and has the amenities you need. There is breakfast available at a cost which has a lot of food options and wonderful. Parking is underground and you access it on the side of the hotel. One thing to note is that the elevators seem to be quite slow and you may sometimes wait a few minutes before it's available for use. You can walk to nearby stores, restaurants and also old town for a nice visit. This is a nice hotel and worth staying at.

Positives: - comfortable bed - good parking in garage - friendy reseption - good aircondition - nice and clean rooms Negatives: - restaurant was expensive and not good. If the food was good I wouldnt mind the price. No flavour, dry and really a let down. Didnt have breakfast so wouldt know it that was good. All in all a good hotel, but will not eat at the restaurant again if we stay there again.

We have stayed here just for a night during our travel from Italy to Czech Republic, arriving later during evening. The welcome was very professional, price very reasonable and even better surprise was a quality and design of the room and hotel grounds. The hotel also offers private parking for 12 euro/night. In the room there is a modern design furniture and very comfortable bed, bathroom and WC. The lobby is very spacious and offers restaurant and relax area. It’s very highly recomendable hotel from my perspective!

Overall experience was good, smooth check-in and out. Michael at the reception was really helpful, great thanks to him. Certainly a good hotel brand, not disappointed by staying there.

The hotel has a good location, not far away from the Old City. One can reach the city center by walking. If one is driving is quite convenient because there is a parking on site. So we parked our car and explored the city on foot. The reception area, and the bar-restaurant are very nice,with beautiful and trendy furniture and decoration. Our room was big enough and confortable. The breakfast was served in the restaurant area and was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and could enjoy very nice meals. The waiters and waitresses were super nice and helpful. The ladies who were in the reception are were very kind too. Everything was very clean. The COVID rules were followed. It was a very nice stay. I would definitely be back if I were to visit Regensburg again( which by the way, I will love)
