The breakfast was really borderline reasonable...the hot drinks were almost cold. Dirty.

This hotel is the worst I had ever stayed in Europe. It is hot summer time and the “air-conditioning” is literally non-existent. A little cold air comes out for mere 1min and the rest is air probably hotter than the air outside. Drenched in sweat after shower and middle of the night. Don’t even try to open the windows, the mosquitoes will feed on you. Room and bathroom looks straight out from 70’s movie set. Bathroom tiles are cracked and the shower door is ripped off. Water floor has intermittent strength. Carpet looks very old and dirty. Bed is extremely uncomfortable, springs are already popping up. Bed topper sheet looks unwashed for long time, extremely dusty. Poor lighting in room and bathroom. There is only 1 usable electric plug in room, not next to bed but near the floor outside the bathroom. Unless u can move the super heavy room table, there is electric plug there for the TV. Also in the toilet there is a plug but it gets super humid in there (no window no vent). Breakfast is bread, croissants and danishes etc. Do not expect hot food like eggs and sausages. Staff didn’t care about a fly buzzing around the food. Staff is ok. Housekeeping ladies are the best, I actually pity them having to work there. If you return after 8pm, no proper car park lots left. To the owner: Please put some money to upgrade and maintain this hotel. Once the hotel opposite is done with renovation that will be where the customers will go. You’ll need to pay me to stay in this horrible hotel.

Right next to the highway exit, the hotel has an internal parking lot. It is recommended for those who need to stay at THE MALL to take a rest. The Italian bed is too small, so I put the mattress on the ground for fear of falling under the bed. The restaurant environment is very good, but there is nothing to eat, coffee, milk, bread and the like

Hotel located off the motorway, easily accessible and in a great location. The hotel is dated but clean and the staff are very friendly.

Hotel not recommended only for serious emergencies. Due to bad weather we had to plan a stop in this hotel. At the entrance you immediately understand that you are in the wrong place then when you enter the assigned room you want to escape... 3 camp beds in a row with mattresses another 5 cm... Dirty bathroom with hair everywhere Non-existent and old furniture Broken shutters No heating whatsoever on a cold night Difficult night to deal with. Requested price 15 euros higher than that proposed on that day on the hotel website…

Nigh**are room. We arrive in the room and the smell of CANE greets us. We spent the whole night with the window open because we were feeling sick from the smell. The carpet on the floor is stomach-turning, the bedspread is all dirty. Last but not least: a cat sleeping on the sofa in the HALL We didn't expect anything from a three-star hotel but what we saw was truly disturbing. We won't be going back again.

Convenient location at the motorway exit, a decent distance from several tourist areas (e.g. Florence and Arezzo). Low price for the area and period (we wanted to go to Arezzo and everything else cost at least double). Good breakfast with a bit of variety but nothing special (we were expecting some local cured meats but there was only packaged stuff), plentiful in quantity. We had dinner in the internal restaurant, unfortunately we had an evening where there was some unexpected event so there was little choice of dishes, but all of them were delicious and plentiful and above all, they allowed us to "split" the menu of the day and pay so very little dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms were still quite clean. The sore points especially concern the rooms, the hotel would need a major renovation and the rooms a major renovation. Carpet ruined by time, "antique" furniture (the bedside table still has a sort of radio, but it is not "well-kept" to be a pleasant vintage, it is all "semi-abandoned"), in the room the only sockets are in the bathroom and in the entrance. The ones near the desk are occupied by the TV and refrigerator, to date the absence of a free socket on the desk and one next to the bed makes everything very inconvenient. Furthermore, the rooms had poor sound insulation so noises from the corridor and other rooms were easily audible. Luckily no noisy "neighbors" at night
