Einen traumhafte Ort im Herzen von Reggello, Toscana. Wir gehen seit 5 Jahren im diesem Hotel, und wir werden wieder nächste Jahr gehen. Von der Personal zu Inhaber stimmt alles. So liebe Menschen, sie schauen das immer perfekt ist, das alles stimmt. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, Villa Rigacci ist sehr geeignet für Erholungsurlaub al auch für Familien Urlaub. Das Essen ist sehr sehr gut, due Weinkarte ist perfekt. Alles stimmt

Leuk charmant hotel. Een fijne ontspannen sfeer, niet echt een hotel gevoel. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd en eigen aan de stijl van de rest van het gebouw. Een groot rustgevend domein waar je geen last hebt van de andere gasten. Het eten is zeker in orde net als de bediening. Een minpunt zijn idd de muggen die je in de late namiddag niet sparen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!! Leider gibt es nur Service während der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants von 7 -10.30 h und von 17.00-22.00h. Dazwischen kann man keinerlei Getränke bekommen. Man muss sich umziehen und nach regellos fahren. Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben mehrere Gästewechsel beobachten können, und der Boden wurde NIE geputzt. Lief ja barfuß zur Dusche, war das Wasser, das ablief, SCHWARZ. Passt absolut nicht zu einem Haus dieser Kategorie. Wir wären von selbst nicht wieder hingefahren, haben die Fotos aber wohl nicht genau genug studiert und deshalb den Irrtum erst auf der Zufahrt bemerkt. Wir gehen sicher nicht wieder hin, höchstens zum Essen, leider. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist wie beschrieben.!

Parking à l’ombre. Bon accueil, chambre rustique mais fraîche au premier, accessible via un petit escalier. Le porte savon de notre douche était rouillé. Sinon, bonne literie. Le restaurant extérieur est bien, et le service souriant et efficace (malgré que trois des vins que nous avions choisis n’étaient plus disponibles… notre serveuse nous a finalement fait un prix sur une autre bouteille ! Top!). Seul bémol, les moustiques nombreux et affamés ! Buffet petit-déjeuner très bien.

Là encore une très belle surprise a une quarantaine de kilomètres de Florence. Une belle villa florentine à la décoration baroque, parking ombragé et immense piscine à disposition. Le patron Frederico, franco-italien, se fera un plaisir de papoter avec vous. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, produits frais et de belles découvertes culinaires, et le diner est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Tout le personnel est adorable. Cet endroit mérite le détour !
