In virtù delle recensioni lette, le nostre aspettative erano di gran lunga maggiori, quindi posso dire con dispiacere che siamo rimasti piuttosto delusi dal nostro pernotto di una sola notte . Delusi dalle dimensioni e dalle caratteristiche della stanza che andrebbe svecchiata negli arredi e dalla colazione per nulla ricca e varia. Da riconoscere, comunque, pulizia degli ambienti , cortesia del proprietario ed ubicazione strategica.

We stayed for three nights. The room was clean and organized, breakfast was made to order, and the cathedral was in the corner. Perfect solution for our stay in Reggio. Not to mention that the owner and his family are wonderful people who will make your stay a unique experience, with access to local services (guide, transfers, tours, laundry, trekking, sports, nature tours, etc) and beyond to Sicily and all of Calabria, with nice vehicles and professional guides.

Luogo rumoroso. Stanza con lenzuola e asciugamani di scarsa qualità. Poca sensazione di pulito. Il colpo finale è stata la colazione. Tovagliato e location da casa abbandonata e colazione inesistente. Pane non fresco, almeno del giorno prima se va bene. Cornetti vecchi, duri. Senza possibilità di latte per intolleranti al lattosio. Senza yogurt bianco. Senza nulla. Pessimo.

In data 24/6/21 in seguito ad accordi telefonici ho prenotato monolocale per periodo- 22/29 agosto, con angolo cottura e bagno in camera. Il gestore del B&B –CASA LAGANA' ha allegato le foto del monolocale tramite Whatssap , pattuendo un prezzo . Il soggiorno sarebbe dovuto durare una settimana. Per tale prenotazione è stato effettuato un bonifico di accconto In prossimità dell'inizio del soggiorno- primi di agosto- ad una mia richiesta di dettagli sul monolocale concordato, il gestore mi inviava una serie di foto di un monolocale, con relativa descrizione, con caratteristiche molto diverse ( letto matrimoniale alla francese, bagno molto ridotto ecc) rispetto a quello già prenotato, con la precisazione che se il monolocale non fosse stato di mio gradimento, avrei potuto annullare la prenotazione, con conseguente restituzione di parte della caparra con la trattenuta di un giorno di soggiorno . Non soddisfatto del secondo monolocale chiedevo, telefonicamente e tramite e-mai,l al gestore la restituzione totale della caparra, poiché non aveva rispettato gli accordi precedenti. A tutt'oggi il gestore non ha più richiamato e ancora cosa più grave non ha restituito la caparra dovuta. Consiglio diffidate molto del B&B Casa Laganà .

Bellissima esperienza in questo B&B, il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha messo subito a conoscenza delle cose da vedere. Stanza comoda, pulita, con frigo, tv, aria condizionata e ventilatore. Posizione ottima, vicino al Duomo e al Lungomare. Colazione con ottimi dolci e frutta fresca. Buon wifi gratuito e parcheggio in zona gratuito.
