L albergo è pulito la stanza comoda e il servizio buona l unica pecca la colazione molto scarsa e povera e poi non sempre rifornita in base agli orari .

Hotel Posta is simply the most beautiful, memorable and magical hotel I’ve stayed in, anywhere in the world. What makes it special? It could be its history, perfect central location, the amazing breakfast, beautiful atmosphere….but actually it’s the staff. From reception (thanks especially to Stefania and Frederika), the breakfast room ladies, the wonderful housekeeping staff, the bar/restaurant staff each - every person in the Hotel Posta team were lovely and helpful. I had the pleasure of staying here for 9 nights, in a single room then a superior double room. All rooms are gorgeous and characterful. This is my second stay at Hotel Posta and I would only stay here in beautiful Reggio Emilia. I cannot wait to return, though it’s a long way from Australia!

Hotel in pieno centro, non facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina, anche con le indicazioni fornite dal ricevimento in fase di prenotazione. Personale gentile sia al ricevimento che in sala colazione. Colazione molto buona, prodotti in linea con la classificazione dell’hotel. Peccato che le camere non rispecchino le aspettative guardando l’esterno dell’hotel. Hotel pulito.

We were served in the bar by David, who not only makes a great cocktail, but went out of his way to provide great service. He gave great restaurant recommendations, and showed us the special meeting room. The hotel and it's history is fantastic, and David's service capped off a great stay.

Bellissimo hotel nel centro di Reggio Emilia. All'interno del palazzo del capitano del 1200, è hotel dal 1515. Atmosfera d'altri tempi, gli ambienti sono molto sfarzosi e scenografici. Posizione eccezionale per visitare Reggio. Camere belle forse, un po' da rimodernare nei bagni. Piccolo neo la colazione, me la sarei aspettata più "sfarzosa", vista la location. Consigliato per qualche giorno di vacanza.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance dell'Hotel Posta, cioè l'Hotel Reggio che è a due passi dalla sede principale. La stanza era praticamente un mini alloggio: ampia, molto bene illuminata, con utili prese corrente ovunque, comodi posti per appoggiare abiti e trolley, e una bella scrivania. La stanza era terzo piano (con ascensore), dunque molto ariosa - forse le stanze ai piani inferiori sono un po' più chiuse perché l'hotel è un vicoletto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo (quasi incredibile!), e le due receptionist, Stefania e Federica, sono gentilissime e molto professionali. In più, l'hotel è in pieno centro di Reggio, ideale per visitare a piedi la città. Consigliatissimo!!
