Foz Budget Hotel

Viajamos em 2 casais. Um dos quartos não tinha condições de habitabilidade. O fedor que vinha do banheiro era insuportável. Foi pedido a troca de quarto. Somente após uma hora de tanta insistência e espera o hotel conseguiu a troca de quarto. Os quartos são super apertados, com banheiro antigo. O outro quarto não tinha controle de TV. Mas tinha 2 controles do ar-condicionado. Após 3 solicitações, nos foi dado 2 controles de TV para ver se funcionavam. Nenhum funcionou. Enquanto esperávamos na recepção para os acertos, mais uma meia dúzia de hóspedes passou na recepção reclamando de algo que não estava bem. A piscina fica em frente ao hotel. Então os hóspedes saem e entram na recepção, molhados e enrolados em toalhas de banho. Quem falar que o custo/benefício compensa, não entende o conceito do que é custo e muito menos de benefício.

Fui muito bem atendida pelos colaboradores do hotel. Todos são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O local é um pouco distante do centro de Foz do Iguaçu, mas os valores de uber são justos. Tem um mercado próximo o que ajuda bastante. Pra quem quer um lugar para tomar banho e dormir, o hotel é bom.

Limpeza não foi feita

The hotel facilities are not very good. The children's pool is amazing. The only thing that could be negative is that the hotel is close to a very busy highway, and depending on the position of the room, it is possible to hear the noise of cars. In my case, the room was opposite the highway, so it wasn't in the way at all.

I thought the stay was very good, the room is small but just enough to sleep, a simple shower but working perfectly, it has air conditioning, television and minibar, on the first night we couldn't sleep well because the air made a loud noise, on the day The next day my husband requested an exchange and we were promptly attended to, the breakfast was very tasty and the pool was also very clean, everything was clean and organized, they provided towels for bathing and for use in the pool too, I thought this was excellent, the hotel is simple but very well tidy, has a souvenir shop and a tour sales counter, the best value for money we found, even though it is on the highway I had no problem with car noise at night, I recommend it and would stay again without a doubt.

I liked the comfort of the room, quiet location, beautiful pool, full breakfast, very helpful staff...good price.

The experience was great, comfortable location and excellent breakfast. Only the television and air conditioning controls left something to be desired as they were not working.
