After check in we were having a nap in our room when the door opened and in walked this male, he had inadvertently given the wrong room. Upon checkout the next morning, we mentioned this to the manager on duty an Asian lady. She took our name and number and several hours called us back apologizing and saying that the staff member had been spoken to. That was not our intent to get anyone in trouble. Regardless she wanted to make it up to us by saying next time we were in Regina give her a call. Well fast forward to March of this year, the 19th to be exact. The day before I phoned the hotel, however, the lady was on vacation. I asked to speak to the manager and I left him a voicemail. Still waiting for the return call. Anyway the experience in March wasn’t much better. The bathroom light was flickering. I mentioned it to the front desk. No one came to look at it. On top of that we got a parking ticket in the underground parking. They did take care of it. We gave the hotel a second chance and it was unsatisfactory. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.
