The staff was rude. They kept closing water slide because they didn’t have a staff member to sit in and watch. The staff that was there were always on phone and not in pool area anyway. It was NY day and water slide was closed. Brutal!

Hotel was what we needed for a stay with our three kids. The suite with kitchen was great to have to be able to cook some meals and store leftovers to save some cash. Pool was also good for the kids. Just don’t expect luxury. The hotel looks like it’s getting tired. The space is still pretty clean and well put together but repeated repairs are starting to show. A solid 7/10.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our son’s hockey team. We checked in and the following afternoon turned the tv on and there were lines going through the tv very noticeable that it had been damaged so I went down to let the front desk know and they sent two maintenance men up when no one was in there took a video and left. We tried the tv a few more times and each time it would get worse or if you swivelled the tv so we let them know again.. it was very clear that this tv had been damaged before we stayed here. We have now received. $600 damage charge on our credit card that they will not remove as they say this was our fault… very unfortunate … this is not the first time I have heard about them charging people for damages that were done before they checked in. I would never ever recommend staying at this hotel.. we’ve stayed here numerous times but I can assure you this will be the last! Terrible customer service too bad so sad attitude from their General Manager Cari Lemieux.

Nice and clean, easy check in. Unfortunately it’s hockey season and the pool was overrun with 11 year old boys and my 4&5 year olds couldn’t enjoy the pool facility.

If you have someone at the hospital don’t book with *******. Just call the hotel and tell them you have someone at the hospital and they will give you a discounted room at $129!
