Called Trip.com because there was no hot breakfast as advertised. I woke up and someone throw up on my balcony. I tried talking to the front desk. Since I used Trip.com they said I had to talk to them. False advertising for the food sadly. Waiting to hear back from Trip.com. I booked here because of the food. Would have booked directly on the boardwalk.

Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always had a pleasant stay - until we booked for October 2024. I booked for 3 nights and after doing so my wife told me we were committed for those dates for another function and woul have to miss the Sea Witch Festival this year so I immediately cancelled the reservation, less than 30 minutes after making it. After a week went by and my credit card was not refunded I called and ask why - they told me they now have a “No Refund” policy and would not refund the $750 dollars that they billed my card. I explained I only had the reservation for for less than 30 minutes and keeping all the money seemed unreasonable and their reply was that’s my problem not theirs. So be warned travelers this hotel will keep your money if you need to cancel. We will NEVER use this hotel again.

The staff was not attentive especially in the evening. You had to yell for anyone to come out. Every soda machine was broken and when i called down to tell them. I was told i can walk a block away. No one answers the phone when you call down you have to keep calling back. Very unsatisfied with our stay here wont be coming back.

The hotel was simple and.clean, room was ready early for check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was rather basic sufficient. The location was perfect, easy walk to main shopping and boardwalk.

Our stay was good, but it was very disappointing to not have a decent breakfast. Prepackaged crap is not what I expected. And no recycling was available. Everything else was great, so please tweak these easy things!
