Es waren nur zwei Betten, aber wir haben drei Peronen gebucht.
Niemand waren nicht da - 24 Stunden Service.
Morgen früh ist dann wieder in Ordnung! Die Rechnung ist begleichen.

Clean and comfortable in a good size room. Bed was nice and the room generally quiet. The breakfast was good. Good value room.

The reception should be open until 10 in the evening but was closed when we arrived. Self check in was not easy, my name was not spelled correctly in the system even though I had spelled it right when I made the reservation. There was some kind of red stain on the carpet in the room. And some red/blood smears on the bathroom door. No AC so it was impossible to sleep. At least the bed was fresh.

Vi har bestilt 2 værelser og begge var beskidte. Vi måtte selv støvsuge og gøre toilettet ren på begge værelser da de ikke havde andre til rådighed efter en tur på 1000 km. Undskyldningen var at rengørings personalet holder ferie så de var underbemandet. Desuden var der meget larm på gangen og ved indgangen.

Arrived late in the evening. Automated check-in kiosk not working and no staff or telephone number contactable. Abandoned at the side of the German autobahn at midnight! Emailed the hotel the next morning. Waited 2 weeks and no reply. Awful.

Nach einer Autopanne wurden wir in eine Werkstatt nahe dem Hotel abgeschleppt. Es gibt einen selbst Check in und somit konnten wir 23Uhr noch problemlos einchecken. Für 3 Leute hatten wir eine Junior Suite genommen und das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten gemütlich. Ein negativer Punkt, der auf die Bausubstanz zurück geht. Es war irre warm. Zwar gab es einen Ventilator, aber den wollten wir nicht die ganze Nacht laufen lassen. Die junior suite hatte nur Glas Fronten, daher war das Zimmer schnell aufgeheizt. Es war alles sauber und sehr neu. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, kann ich somit nichts zu sagen. Es gab sogar Wasser auf dem Zimmer und das Personal das in der früh da war, war auch sehr freundlich. Wir sind dann in eine andere Werkstatt und somit auch in ein anderes hotel. Dieses hier können wir aber empfehlen.
