Great breakfast service was good. Rooms we very clean and comfortable bed. Toilets clean and so we’re the towels.

This is such a lovely hotel - the room was clean and well appointed, with a comfy bed and great pillows. I ordered room service, and it came within half an hour, and was lovely - hot, fresh and tasted great (the salsa on the nachos was particularly nice). Breakfast was a similar standard. The thing that made it though were the staff - so warm and kind, really helpful. I couldn't find a TV remote in my room, rang down and within ten minutes someone was at my door with a new one! I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

We had the most wonderful wedding at Reigate Manor! Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff were brilliant and the food was amazing! All of our guests couldn't believe how delicious the food was, many said it was one of the best weddings they had been to! :) We had an amazing package which included some greats choices of food and we absolutely loved celebrating in the the cellar room in the evening with all our guests. The honeymoon suite was lovely, and very spacious for getting ready in the morning with people, the staff even bought up a table with a breakfast spread which was so lovely. We love Reigate Manor and look forward to our next visit as it holds some really special memories for us.

Bit of an untraditional review this as we only stopped by for lunch and a drink but the team here went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. We were awaiting our car to be taken in a truck following breaking down on a nearby motorway. We explained the situation to Katie and her colleague and they were so kind and helpful. The lunch was also delicious. Thanks for making a difficult day that much better.

We went for the Easter carvery lunch. At £27 each it was a treat that we deserved. The staff were welcoming,friendly and professional. The bar staff were slow to serve and my husband felt ignored whilst people queue jumped in front of him. The food was as expected with the starter table having anything you could want. Carvery was good too. I would recommend and look forward to returning. Thank you.

I booked the cellar rooms which is a space attached to Reigate manor that they hire out for parties etc. I booked my husbands 40th there and found that the staff were not the most professional or experienced but the venue itself was ideal for what we wanted. On the day the room was not ready with simple things like having an easel ready and the tables in certain places, which I came in a few weeks prior to the date to agree the final details that I was told staff would organise. This was disappointed. The venue wasn’t ready and the staff seemed unbothered to deal with matters. We ultimately made the most of the night but for the price the level service could definitely improve.
