Holiday Inn REIMS - CITY CENTRE by IHG

Stayed at Holiday Inn Reims – City Centre for a business trip and the experience exceeded expectations across the board. The location is unbeatable, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance to key attractions and champagne houses. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable setup that works perfectly for both rest and productivity. Service was consistently professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay seamless. Facilities are well thought out, and everything runs smoothly without friction. Overall, this property delivers strong value with a premium feel, making it an easy choice for business travelers looking for reliability with a touch of style. Would definitely return.

too expensive for what you get almost 100euro a night for an average hotel plus they make you pay another 100euro as deposit which wasn't even mentioned before booking  don't recommend it

The staff was friendly. A bit outdated. 1.8m height parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly large and the hotel was a close stroll to the station and city centre

The lifts to the seven floors are the slowest I have ever encountered. The hotel car parking spaces, when available, are very, very, very tight and only good drivers can access the spaces.

Good hotel in city center. Personnel is friendly. Breakfast provided plenty of options .

Good hotel average expérience plus rooms are well and renovated location is amazing breakfast is top-notch staff was friendly especially at breakfast and on check out minus my room had almost no external light 2md floor I chose this hotel for its carpark and it was full on arrival on the day I visited hot water was not working, a cold shower in a 4 star hotel is rough.... staff at check in was not friendly

Had a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.  The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.  The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.  The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.  The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.  Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual. All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.
