Great hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.

Nice hotel with a secure car park. Loved the unusual design and extras in the lobby areas. The food in the evening was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

It was 36°C outside, yet housekeeping opened the window, leaving the room unbearably hot when we returned. We’re paying for a room with air conditioning, and to make things worse, the manager didn’t even admit the mistake. I’m traveling with someone with a disability, so keeping the room cool isn’t just a comfort — it’s a necessity. Completely unacceptable.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving rooms seemed too much.
The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent.
We chose it because it had a pool - it was disappointingly cold - but we still had a swim.
I would not stay again.
